4. Workshops for Small and Medium Size Enterprises
LNK continued its commitment to creating shared value by hosting two workshops for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) around Mojokerto. The first was a collaboration with the Mojokerto Department of Cooperatives and SMEs, and the event took place on October 17. The second workshop was attended by Mojokerto Bhayangkari Community, which included wives of members of the Indonesian National Police (Polri).
These workshops were designed to empower SME owners with practical knowledge and skills, helping them take their businesses to the next level. During the sessions, participants learned a wide range of essential topics, including optimal production location setup, processing techniques, packaging, labeling, storage practices, and employee hygiene.
5. Joint Birthday Party for October Gang
LNK celebrated a spooktacular joint birthday party for all employees born in the month. With halloween-themed decoration and cake, the October gang showed up mostly in all-blacks for a fun gathering, sing-along, games with prizes, as well as delicious treats.
