PT Lautan Natural Krimerindo was headed for another productive month with the 2023 SIAL Interfood and World Diabetes Day taking place in November. In between preparing a series of events scheduled for the month, the Company managed to launch a new product for its Ellenka Professional series.

A Star-studded SIAL Interfood 2023
The 2023 SIAL Interfood was held in early November with several notable faces highlighting the LNK booth. During the four-day exhibition at JI Expo Kemayoran, Jakarta, these experts lead the cooking demo segment in a bid to introduce healthy and innovative ingredients produced by the Company.
Among those taking the stage was former MasterChef Indonesia contestant Chef Angie. There were also World Barista Championship Winner Mikael Jasin and Indonesian Culinary Expert William Wongso. They all impressed the crowd with some delicious dishes and beverages made with FiberCreme as well as RichCreme Non Dairy Creamer and RichCreme Whip Crème Powder.
Launch of Wellington
Another name taking over the LNK stage was another former MasterChef Indonesia contestant Chef Beng Budiarso. He supported the launch of LNK’s newest product Wellington through three bakery and pastry applications.
Wellington itself is a dairy milk powder developed by LNK with bakers and bakery business owners in mind. The product is available as part of Ellenka Professional, an LNK label that caters to the hotel, restaurant, and catering market.
World Diabetes Day Events
To celebrate World Diabetes Day this year, FiberCreme teamed up with Parahita Diagnostic Center to raise awareness of this chronic disease with a series of health seminars in Jakarta and Surabaya.
The first seminar was held in Jakarta on Saturday, November 18, while the second was in Surabaya on November 25. Both events included a talk show with a FiberCreme nutritionist and a Parahita doctor. They encouraged attendees to start living a healthy life by routinely getting their blood sugar level checked. They also asked everyone to limit their calorie intake, eat on a regular schedule, and eat the right combination of food.
Another highlight from both events was the cooking demo segment headlined by a FiberCreme chef. She showed attendees that they could keep their healthy diet and still indulge in delicious food with the help of FiberCreme. Aside from tasting creamy, FiberCreme also has low sugar, low GI, and 0mg of cholesterol.
Foray Into European Market
PT Lautan Natural Krimerindo made its products more accessible to the world. It first made its FiberCreme available in Netherlands retail market earlier in November.
Later in the month, the Company took part in the 2023 Food Ingredients Europe on November 28-30. During the exhibition, the Company introduced several innovative ingredients manufactured in its Mojokerto factory. They did it to the crowd flocking to the Congress Center Messe in Frankfurt, Germany.
