In anticipation of new experiences, new achievements, new opportunities, and new heights of success that’s coming our way, we’re now getting ourselves ready by building “Foundation to Quantum Leap.” Scroll and read on to get some glimpses of how we spent the first month of 2024 working towards what will be our greatest year yet!
New Year Briefing
As per tradition, we started off the year with a new year morning briefing that gathered all members of PT Lautan Natural Krimerindo. During the briefing, our Director Hendrik Gunawan shared some updates on what the Company had been up to since last year and where we’re heading in the new year.
Stating that LNK’s aiming to make 2024 its biggest year yet, Mr. Hendrik encouraged all employees to be ready to take on all the challenges and start building “Foundation to Quantum Leap”, a motto we’re going to base our activity on throughout 2024.
Solar Panel Project Kickoff
In bringing our big dreams into reality, we’re committed to doing everything responsibly and sustainably. And as climate change continues to become one of the biggest environmental challenges, we’re supporting the transition to a greener future by kicking off our solar panel project.
By using solar panels, we’re hoping to contribute more into green economy. In the future, we are hoping to generate zero emission and zero toxic waste as we’re tirelessly working to bring you more innovative products.

Celebrate Diversity with Colorful Outfit
Innovations may come from different perspectives, different backgrounds, and different experiences. So instead of tearing us apart, diversity should be something that we all should embrace and celebrate.
To bring more awareness to diversity and show that being different is cool, everyone at PT Lautan Natural Krimerindo recently was encouraged to join the Colorful Outfit Day, during which we traded our uniform for colorful clothes.
Incredible Mom Agents’ (IMA) Factory Visit
FiberCreme, a product of PT Lautan Natural Krimerindo, has a program called Incredible Mom Agent (IMA) which is a community of mothers who want to make good contributions to their family and society. To celebrate the International Women’s Day, members of IMA from Surabaya and its surrounding areas were invited to a gathering in LNK’s factory in Mojosari, Mojokerto.
As part of the gathering, the mothers had a chance to learn from the experts about providing balanced nutrition for their family. They were also taken for a tour around the factory to see how FiberCreme was produced.
Birthday Celebration for January-Born Employees
We celebrate because you’re special! We started the new year of 2024 with a new tradition of closing out each month by doing something special for employees who celebrate their birthdays during that month. On the last day of January, all LNK staffers born in that month were invited to a joint party filled with balloons as well as delicious dishes, desserts, and drinks made by LeCrea Diet Meal catering service and Velluto Gelato.
