The 16th anniversary celebration of PT Lautan Natural Krimerindo (LNK) this year was more than just an annual ceremony. It also became a meaningful moment to strengthen togetherness, foster social awareness, and promote health and well-being for both employees and the surrounding community.
Carrying the spirit of sustainability, the series of activities for LNK’s 16th anniversary involved nearly 700 participants, including employees, business partners, and residents of Dusun Ketidur in Pesanggrahan Village. From the very beginning, the event reflected a strong sense of unity, emphasizing not only celebration but also meaningful contributions to the local community.
Blood Donation: A Meaningful Act of Giving
LNK’s commitment to social care was reflected through a blood donation program involving employees on March 31, 2026. The activity successfully collected nearly 100 bags of blood, which were later distributed through the Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) of Mojokerto Regency to support those in need.
More than just a routine activity, the blood donation program represented the company’s genuine care and empathy for others while also strengthening the culture of solidarity within the workplace.
Health Talk & Mini Medical Check-Up: Promoting Health Awareness
The company also organized a health talk session titled “Kenali Kolesterol, Jaga Kesehatan Sejak Dini” together with residents of Dusun Ketidur on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. During the session, participants received insights directly from medical professionals from Mawaddah Medika Hospital and nutrition experts from FiberCreme regarding the importance of maintaining a balanced diet, staying physically active, and preventing non-communicable diseases through simple yet consistent lifestyle changes.
As a follow-up to the educational session, LNK also provided a free Mini Medical Check-Up (MCU) for the residents of Dusun Ketidur. More than 150 residents participated in the activity, reflecting LNK’s tangible effort to encourage public awareness about the importance of regular health monitoring amid daily activities.
Strengthening Togetherness and Employee Appreciation
Amid the anniversary celebrations, the spirit of togetherness was further strengthened through a group exercise session held on May 8, 2026, involving employees from various divisions across the company. Besides promoting physical wellness, the activity also created a more relaxed and friendly environment, helping employees build stronger relationships beyond their daily work routines.
The celebration was then concluded with an awarding session as a form of appreciation for employees and teams who demonstrated continuous learning, collaboration, and improvement throughout the past year. Awards were presented across several categories as recognition for their dedication and hard work, while also encouraging all employees to continue growing and delivering their best performance in the future.
